The general terms and conditions form the basis of the business relationship. They are acknowledged in the contractually binding booking and are accepted by the client.

                                                                                                                                    
§1) Subject of the contract / Booking request and booking
Offers made by BKB International Solutions Ltd. are subject to change. Where a request is made via the online form or by telephone, then contact is confirmed to have taken place. The client will request as to a possible booking in this manner. A contractually binding booking exists when details such as the duration and nature of the service have been confirmed. A booking confirmation will then follow via email, or by telephone if restraints of time oblige.

§2) Fees and costs
The prices for the period of escort can be seen for each lady under “Fees”. These are in addition to any travel costs, which are only valid for the given booking. All prices are gross of tax. Costs incurred in the booking of escorts, such as hotels, food, costs of entry etc. are to be borne by the client. Train or flight costs depend on the destination, time of booking and booking restrictions.

§3) Method of payment
Payment is to be effected in cash, to the escort lady booked by the client, at the commencement of the booking.
In the case that extra time is booked, this will be payable in accordance with the rates given, and must be paid in cash to the escort.

In the case of a booking lasting more than 3 days, or for a trip by aeroplane, 25% of the total sum is payable in advance.

The appointment time and date is considered binding with receipt of payment.

Prices for travel can be found under “Fees”. For longer trips where a ticket for a flight is also to be booked, the given price for travel is payable in advance.

§4) Service procurement
The service takes places on the basis of an arrangement of time and date. BKB International Solutions Ltd. and www.escort-luxus.com and the above-named websites are not liable for dealings with the persons procured. These persons are responsible for their dealings with the client and are not employed as subcontractors or agents of BKB International Solutions Ltd.

The client must communicate to BKB International Solutions Ltd. and then to the chosen escort the concrete purpose, scope and particularities.

If the client cancels 24 hours before the appointment, he will have his payment for fees returned. Where the cancellation comes within 24 hours of the appointment, a one-off operational and administrative fee of €250 is payable. Costs of cancellation for such things as flight and hotels will be evidenced by us with supporting documents, and are also payable.

Should the client cancel the contract in an incorrect manner, or if he rejects the lady booked, then BKB International Solutions Ltd. can cancel the booked service at the client’s costs, and can demand full payment.

If the escort booked is temporarily not in a position to fulfil a booking, due to illness or menstruation, any payment made will be immediately returned by us. Any other claims by the client are excluded.

§5) Data protection
All personal data are protected by the German Federal Data Protection Act. All personal information is expressly given on a voluntary basis. This data is only worked on and used for the execution of a booking and are not communicated to third parties. By sending the request, the client agrees to this. A newsletter will also be sent out by BKB International Solutions Ltd., and the interested party/client authorises this automatically.

§6) Final clause
All orders are subject to German law. Place of jurisdiction is Birmingham, Great Britain. The client declares that at no stage in the future will he book, directly or via a third party, an escort lady originally booked via BKB International Solutions Ltd., but will do so only via www.escort-luxus.com. The client is not authorised to relinquish his responsibilities to third parties.

§7) Severability clause

Should any terms or conditions of these general terms and conditions including this regulation prove to contain, wholly or in part, to be ineffective or if the terms and conditions prove to have loopholes, then the effectiveness of the remaining parts is unaffected. Relevant legal regulations will replace the ineffective or missing paragraphs.
